• 01/09/17 – Paris, France. Meeting between the Ambassador of France in Senegal (Christophe Bigot), and the President of Uranoscope de France (Christian Bourdeille) about the first Astronomical Observatory in Senegal.

• 3/11/17 – Interview on RFI, by Caroline Fillette, of Maram KAIRE and David BARATOUX about the Africa Initiative for Planetary and Space Sciences. The interview took place at the Institut Fondamental d’Afrique Noire Cheikh Anta Diop in Dakar, Senegal.
